ESU 6 (Educational Service Unit 6) provides a variety of educational services. While all Nebraska ESUs are mandated by the state to provide certain core services, ESU 6 also offers additional services requested by the member school districts in its region.

Simply stated, ESU 6 exists because of the collaboration of southeast Nebraska schools, the Nebraska Department of Education, and other key organizations. Through collaboration, school districts are able to achieve more for their students in an effective and efficient manner.
