The Early Learning Connection (ELC) Coach Consultant supports coaches in coaching initiatives serving Birth to Kindergarten programs within the Southeast Region. The ELC Coach Consultant coordinates, designs, and facilitates Professional Development and effective practices for coaches.

• Established a regional system of training and support for Early Childhood coaches working in Nebraska.

• Develops training/facilitates local, regional, and statewide learning & networking opportunities for EC coaches. Incorporates “Levels of Learning” into a dynamic professional development training menu-for Beginner/Novice, Competent, and Proficient early childhood coaches and mentors.

• Gathers and utilizes various types of data to make continuous improvements and refine the training menu based on the evolving needs of coaches and the field of Early Childhood education.
